Joey Pepperoni Pizza in New York City

This place is a great place to grab a slice when you are on the go. I stumbled upon it by accident and it saved my life. My wife and I shared 4 different slices and every one was the best.

Crispy crust, delicious pizza and a bargain steal at $3 for 2 cheese slices and a drink. It totally hits the spot! My fiancé tried the buffalo cheese one as well and that was delicious as well.

Nice pizza and a drink for $3

Pizza was alright with cheese pizza only $1. Disappointing when ordering was given a cheese pizza versus what I clearly indicated. As a result it me an extra $1 and cashier really didn't care.

We were very glad we stopped here on a whim! I practically swooned with my piece of white pizza that was covered in broccoli with a dollop of ricotta cheese. I thought the ricotta cheese was especially good, too! The other reason I loved this pizza was the unique crispy (yet chewy) crust. Thanks so much!

Stopped by to have one of my favorite pizzas. This is still one of the best pizzas around this area. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service.

First time at Joey's. Pizza was okay, nothing special. Too greasy. Nice cheap price though. Stereotypical New York "waddya want" attitude from the server. Just an okay experience.

Another 99 cent pizza joint. This 1 with some seating. Nice spacious restaurant considering most 99 cent joints are hole in the wall. They also serve slices with different toppings and whole pizzas to order obviously. Nice place in lower Manhattan

So this is pretty much the only good dollar pizza place that's actually good and doesn't taste like trash. Only problem is that it's not a dollar anymore, but $1.50 now. I recommend it if you want something quick to eat and don't want to spend much.

We came back to NY and tried other pizzas and we couldn't help but compare them all to Joey's! As a native new Yorker and now Cali resident I came to NY and went straight to Joey's. Love the crispy dough and salty cheese and tomato sauce. We love it

I just ordered 2 pizzas for myself and my cousin and I was shocked at the size of the pizzas... for 2 people! They were simple, delicious, and we're excited to have leftovers tomorrow.

Solid go to Dollar slice in lower Manhattan. Well actually it's $1.50, but there aren't many around here. Pizza is usually good, not the best but food for the price. Today it was especially on point so I wrote this review they never have parmesan cheese to cut costs, but beggars can't be choosers

Good, quick pizza. Canned drinks. It's small, but there is limited seating inside; around 10-15 spots max. Super inexpensive -cheese slices are just $1. Note that there's a $10 minimum purchase to use credit/debit cards, so be sure to have cash.

$1 per (cheese) slice and it tastes pretty darn good, in comparison to the other places that I have tried. I can honestly say that in 3 day trip I have eaten around 30 different slices of pizza walking from OWTC to Central Park and everywhere in between. I would say even better then some places that charged $3 or $4 a slice. The service is fast so if your in the area and don't have much time, it's great spot to stop at. Staff was polite and friendly.

Three bucks for two slices and a soda. It's not hipster gourmet pizza, but it hits the spot. Compared to everything else in the area it's a bargain. Hard to find a seat during the lunch rush, and it does get crowded. But a good place for a quick bite.

Good staff and pretty okay pizza for its price - it was fresh and had a good ratio of sauce to dough. It was cooked well but a little too greasy for my taste, if you're around, try it.

I usually go to the Joey's Pepperoni's Pizza uptown and the price is for pizza is exactly 1 dollar. However the Joey Pepperoni's Pizza located here is 1.5 dollars per slice this makes it inconvenient for customers who don't want to carry around change.
